With over 20 years of experience servicing domestic swimming pools, we have learned that every customer requires a different level of service.
Some people are happy to carry out most of the work themselves and only require minimal input from specialist companies, whereas others look to have more frequent checks to ensure correct and fault free running of their pool. This is why PC Pools can build a custom service and maintenance package to suit every need, whether you require a visit weekly, monthly or annually we can arrange for one of our engineers to be there for you whenever you need us.
Commercial Service Contracts
PC Pools has a vast amount of experience within the commercial pool sector enabling us to provide your facility with a comprehensive service & maintenance contract.
Our commercial service contracts can be customized to suit your needs and can range from monthly visits, quarterly, biannual or annual and can run from 1,3 or 5 years with a list of optional extras making sure your facility runs smoothly and hassle-free. These extras can be annual filter inspections, annual balance tank cleaning, microbiological testing of your pool and spa.
The first service visit will include an in-depth survey enabling us to put together an asset list of all your equipment, this enables us to provide a better response in emergencies and provide a better level of service when ordering spare parts. We will also advise on key spare parts we recommend you carry as this will enable us to act quickly if any issues arise and save you time and money in the event of having to close part of your facility.
